Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents tailored to customer requirements
• Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding services and account management
• Assisting customers with the setup of connections between their source code management platforms

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a related role is preferred
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
• Excellent written English communication skills
• Proficiency in modern web tools like Google Docs
