Paralegal Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance customer satisfaction and retention, the full-time remote Paralegal Customer Success Specialist will manage legal drafting and review, provide customer service support, and assist with tech setup for clients using our LegalTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents to meet customer specifications
• Respond to customer inquiries about services and assist with account management
• Support customers in setting up connections with their source code management platforms

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role preferred
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts
• Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
