Paralegal for SBA Loans

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal to assist closing attorneys in preparing loan closing packages for SBA loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist closing attorneys in file management and report pulling for closings
• Order and follow up on title orders
• Prepare and compile loan documentation in compliance with internal and SBA requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial loan closings with familiarity in SBA loan documentation
• Familiarity with commercial loan closing documentation
• Highly proficient with file management and PDF software, and MS Office suite
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Paralegal certificate preferred
