A company is looking for a Paralegal II to support a contracts and compliance team in reviewing health plan contract documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze benefit contract documents for accuracy and compliance
• Compare multiple document versions to identify errors and inconsistencies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of contract management or contract review experience
• Paralegal background or equivalent hands-on legal contract experience
• Strong understanding of legal language and its implications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and general business software/tools
