Paralegal in New Jersey

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal in the Law Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and summary of state and federal law
• Review legal documents and contracts
• Assist with pre-litigation complaint cases and special projects with business clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience or equivalent in a corporate legal department or law firm
• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program
• Current proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Westlaw
• Desire to learn and engage as a team member in a high-performing environment
• Previous work experience in financial services preferred, but not required
