Paralegal - IP and Litigation

Job Summary

Providing advanced paralegal support in a hybrid role, the full-time Paralegal - IP and Litigation will manage intellectual property portfolio operations, assist with litigation support, and handle legal documentation while collaborating with internal stakeholders and outside counsel globally.

Key responsibilities:

• Administer the IP portfolio and systems, managing invention disclosures and coordinating with outside counsel on patent and trademark matters
• Drive best practices for IP programs, including trade secret protection and patent marking compliance
• Support litigation matters by coordinating document collection, assisting with legal holds, and liaising with outside counsel as directed

Required qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate/degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years of relevant corporate and law firm legal experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of IP processes and attorney-client privilege best practices
• Excellent organizational and execution skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proven ability to review/edit legal documents and leverage AI or data analytics tools for process improvement
