Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intellectual Property (IP) Paralegal in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of patents, trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks
Drafting legal documents for IP prosecution and litigation
Communicating with clients, vendors, and legal personnel

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent
3+ years of patent prosecution and IP litigation experience
Experience filing electronically with the USPTO
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Experience with docketing software and legal e-billing systems is a plus
