Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal, Litigation and Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for pre-litigation and litigation matters, including fact investigation and discovery
• Assist with management of the company's insurance and risk program, including policy renewals and compliance
• Respond to subpoenas and manage legal hold compliance with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal, preferably with a top-tier law firm or global in-house legal department
• Associate degree in paralegal studies or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working on highly confidential and sensitive matters
• Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset
