Job Summary

Providing legal support within the US Sales Contracting organization, the full-time remote Paralegal - Minnesota Licensed will assist in reviewing, editing, and negotiating commercial contracts related to medical device and technology sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provides legal assistance in areas including medical device sales and commercial agreements
• Assists in reviewing, editing, and negotiating commercial contracts and related documents
• Collaborates with attorneys and internal stakeholders to finalize contract negotiations and improve contracting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate with 2+ years of paralegal or legal experience, or an advanced degree
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreement types
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
• Strong customer focus and ability to work independently
• Experience interacting with all levels of leadership and executive management
