Job Summary
Supporting the Office of the General Counsel, the full-time remote Paralegal will manage legal documents, draft correspondence, and conduct research while ensuring compliance with the firm's legal and ethical obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain, organize, and manage legal documents and data relevant to litigation and compliance matters
- Draft legal correspondence and discovery responses for attorney review in support of litigation and compliance efforts
- Assist in monitoring collections efforts and coordinate compliance audits and due diligence requests
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and ABA-approved paralegal certificate, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum of five years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and privileged matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
- Working knowledge of e-discovery practices
