Paralegal with Clinical Trial Focus

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal (contract) to assist with contract review and administration in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with contract review, negotiations, and administration, focusing on Clinical Trial Agreements
• Track contract negotiations and propose modifications while managing template repositories
• Support new Evisort workflows and manage shared drives

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent); college degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
• Experience in the clinical trial space is essential
• Knowledge of clinical trials, terminology, and document workflows required
• 4 to 7 years of paralegal or legal project experience
• Preferred experience with Ariba or other procurement/contracts management tools
