Paralegal with Financial Compliance
Job Summary
To support a complex multijurisdictional structure, the full-time remote Paralegal with Financial Compliance will conduct contract reviews, manage regulatory compliance processes, and assist in risk mitigation across various jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct first-pass reviews of cross-border commercial agreements and coordinate contract execution
- Support AML, KYC, and financial crime compliance processes, including regulatory filings and licensing applications
- Implement group-wide legal and compliance policies while liaising with external counsel and regulators
Required qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or related environments
- Solid experience with commercial contracting and contract lifecycle management
- Hands-on experience with AML, KYC, sanctions, or financial compliance processes
- Law degree preferred
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities across time zones
