Paralegal with IP Focus

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal to join their Intellectual Property Practice Group in Atlanta.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, renewals, and related USPTO documents
• Support TTAB matters and coordinate international filings with foreign counsel
• Manage attorney dockets, communicate with clients, and conduct trademark screening searches

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate (required)
• Experience with trademark and/or intellectual property matters
• Proficiency with USPTO systems (TEAS, TESS, TSDR, ESTTA)
• Experience managing complex trademark portfolios and deadline-driven dockets
• Ability to obtain legalizations, certifications, and apostilles for international filings
