Paralegal with State Licensing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan documents to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Support new product development and project management for HELOC and reverse mortgage offerings
• Conduct legal research and assist in creating, editing, and revising legal documents

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of paralegal transactional experience, preferably in real estate or the mortgage industry
• Experience performing legal research
• Knowledge of consumer finance and residential mortgage regulations
• Familiarity with HELOCs and reverse mortgages is a plus
