Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular rate analyses to ensure accurate billing by carriers
• Audit customer invoices for discrepancies and manage disputes with carriers
• Maintain metrics on customer KPIs and carrier performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
• Transportation carrier experience preferred, but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Analytical skills for problem-solving
