Parcel Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Parcel System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full parcel configuration lifecycle for new client launches and ensure smooth go-lives
• Configure and maintain carrier contracts, custom billing setups, and rate logic across parcel systems
• Build and maintain scalable SOPs for configuration workflows, migrations, and rate updates

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining a TMS/WMS or similar logistics system
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large datasets with a high bar for accuracy
• Familiarity with carrier API integrations and the ability to diagnose issues related to them
• Proven ability to create clear, scalable SOPs and drive consistency across teams
• Understanding of parcel carrier structures and the broader parcel ecosystem
