Job Summary

Managing the annual Parent Survey cycle remotely, the part-time Independent Contractor Parent Survey Project Director will oversee school recruitment, onboarding, survey administration, and reporting while collaborating with school leaders and staff to ensure a high-quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the annual Parent Survey timeline, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating with participating schools and partners
• Support outreach and onboarding for schools, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication throughout the survey cycle
• Coordinate survey preparation, administration, and develop school-specific findings presentations for leadership teams

Required qualifications

• Five to ten years of relevant experience in project management, program implementation, or a related field
• Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• Strong relationship-management skills with experience in client service
• Experience with survey findings and data-informed presentations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
