Part C Appeals Triage Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part C Appeals Triage Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review case file documentation for completeness and accuracy of data entry items
• Perform preliminary review of appeals to confirm appeal and party validity
• Request additional information from Medicare Health Plans as appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 2-4 years of experience
• May have additional training or education in area of specialization
• Works on semi-routine assignments but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
• Communicates more complex information using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions
