Part D Supervisor

Job Summary

Providing leadership to non-exempt staff, the full-time Supervisor (Part D) will manage the processing of appeals and disputes remotely, ensuring operational goals and quality control procedures are met while supervising and training personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support staff in the accurate processing of appeals and disputes
• Manage inventory levels and ensure case preparation accuracy
• Supervise, train, and evaluate project work activities and personnel

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours towards a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• One year of experience in an operations environment
• Supervisory or Team Lead experience
• Experience in Part D preferred
• Qualified Independent Contractor (QIC) or related experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
