Part-Time Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting processes and ensure financial reporting accuracy in compliance with GAAP and FASB standards
• Manage month-end and year-end close procedures, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Process payroll for the US and Canada, ensuring timely filings and accurate benefit changes

Required Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting or related degree preferred with 3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience
• Experience supporting non-profit organizations is preferred
• Netsuite experience is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with cloud-based business applications
• Customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a small organization
