Part-Time Accounting Faculty

Job Summary

Supporting online undergraduate Accounting classes, the part-time Assistant Faculty will interact with students, manage communications, assist with grading, and provide supplemental instruction in a remote environment for 25 hours per week starting October 5th.

Key responsibilities:

• Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on lead instructor guidance
• Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
• Monitor student engagement levels and provide recommendations to enhance participation

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting or MBA with an Accounting concentration from a regionally accredited institution
• Previous teaching experience is required; online teaching experience is preferred
• 5 years of professional experience in accounting is preferred
• CPA license preferred (active or inactive)
• Experience working with diverse learning styles and using technology for learning facilitation
