Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and manage payments while ensuring accurate data entry
• Generate and send customer invoices, monitor AR aging, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Experience with AP/AR tools such as Stampli or NetSuite
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Available to work approximately 25 hours per week with some overlap during Pacific Time business hours
• Prior experience as a 1099 independent contractor is a plus
