Part-Time Assistant Faculty

Job Summary

To support online undergraduate Computer Information Systems classes, the part-time Assistant Faculty will engage with students, assist in managing communications, and provide feedback on assessments while working remotely for approximately 25 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on lead instructor input
• Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
• Provide tutoring and develop supplemental support materials as directed by the lead instructor

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a Computer Science concentration from a regionally accredited institution
• CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+ certifications, or equivalent TestOut certifications
• Professional experience in the field of study is preferred
• Previous online teaching experience is preferred
• Experience working with diverse learning styles is preferred
