Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-time Benefits Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform benefit-related audits and support reporting for various employee benefits
- Manage and monitor employee benefit changes in Workday for compliance
- Lead benefits orientation and provide education through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 1 year in employee benefits
- Experience with administering annual Benefits Open Enrollment
- Experience with 401(k) or 403(b) plans
- Familiarity with federal and state regulations related to benefits
- Prior experience with Workday or similar HRIS/HCM system
