Part-Time Call Center Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing remote call center, the part-time Call Center Recruiter will manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding, while working 15-25 flexible hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various call center roles
• Post and manage job listings across multiple job boards
• Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting or high-volume hiring experience, preferably in call center or customer service
• Experience with Bamboo or similar HR software
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously
