Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduling reservations and arranging pet care coverage
• Answering clients and staff questions via email and phone
• Maintaining client management system and keeping documentation organized and up to date

Required Qualifications and Education

• At least 6 months to 1 year of prior experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree will be considered
• Extremely reliable with the ability to work independently
• Up to date laptop and high-speed internet connection
• A quiet home office space free from disruptions
