Part-Time Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller (Part Time).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closing, including financial statements preparation and analysis
• Manage billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Oversee compliance for retirement and benefit plans, and serve as the primary contact for banking relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (required)
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a smaller, billable-hours environment
• CPA certification preferred
• Professional services experience (PR, Law, Architecture/Engineering, Consulting)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and MS Office Suite
