Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Controller & Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements and manage budgeting and forecasting
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and core bookkeeping processes
• Collaborate with leadership and external CPA for financial reporting and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a B2B company, preferably in the professional services industry
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and experience with project resource planning software
• Strong spreadsheet skills; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
• Experience with process automation and financial compliance frameworks is beneficial
