Part Time CRE Loan Abstractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Loan Abstractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Abstract loan covenants and prepayment provisions from complex commercial real estate loans
• Understand and interpret various loan documents, including promissory notes and loan agreements
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all abstractions

Qualifications

• Experience with complex commercial real estate loan documents and transactions
• Strong ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents
• Commitment to at least 15-20 hours per week
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in financial covenant compliance/reporting is a plus
