Job Summary
To provide exceptional customer experiences, the part-time Customer Service Representative will deliver high-touch service to premium clients, managing interactions remotely while documenting customer journeys and collaborating with internal teams for seamless issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a polished and empathetic customer experience by actively listening and tailoring interactions to individual client needs
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system to ensure continuity and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently resolve complex issues and maintain a premium client experience
Required qualifications
- Experience in high-touch customer service, technical support, or call center environments serving premium clients
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems and data tracking
- Experience with multichannel support (phone, chat, email) preferred
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
