Part-Time Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary

Gathering grain prices from various sources, the part-time Data Entry Clerk will input up to 800 bids daily into Excel and a database while ensuring accuracy during the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect grain prices from elevators, feed mills, and ethanol plants via calls, emails, and websites
• Input and verify all bids in Excel and the database, ensuring accuracy
• Email out-of-range bids and any changes to the bid sheet as needed

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or currently pursuing graduation
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases
• Ability to perform research as requested
