Part Time Disclosure Desk Analyst

Job Summary

Reviewing and delivering loan disclosure documents, the part-time Disclosure Desk Analyst will ensure accuracy and compliance with lending laws while providing excellent customer service, working remotely from 5pm to 9pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of loan documents and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Prepare and deliver loan disclosures within established timeframes
• Collaborate with brokers to resolve documentation issues for timely disclosure generation

Required qualifications

• Mortgage industry experience required
• Understanding of mortgage lending regulations
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Effective oral and written communication skills
