Part-Time Faculty - Business Management

Job Summary

To support student learning, the part-time Faculty - Business Management will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses remotely, engage with students through live lectures and discussions, and provide timely feedback on assignments while maintaining academic rigor and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including hosting live lectures and participating in classroom activities
• Communicate with students to foster engagement, provide support for struggling students, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting with curriculum maintenance and ensuring course content is current and rigorous

Required qualifications

• Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or closely related field, or equivalent qualifications with relevant graduate coursework
• Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred
• Knowledge of academic processes and university guidelines
• Ability to utilize learning management systems, such as Blackboard, for course delivery and student interaction
• Access to necessary technology, including a computer, reliable internet, and relevant software applications
