Part-Time Group Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Group Agent responsible for selling and promoting travel products while managing customer relationships and group bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote travel products through inbound sales calls and customer interactions
• Maintain and modify group bookings, invoices, and negotiate competitive rates
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing support before, during, and after travel

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Two years of sales experience required
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
