Job Summary

To support a mission-driven global organization, the part-time HR Assistant will manage bi-weekly payroll processing, maintain employee records, and assist with benefits administration while working remotely for 15-20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple states
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS, including new hires and terminations
  • Support employee benefits administration by responding to inquiries and coordinating with benefit providers
Required qualifications
  • 2-3 years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience, preferably in a corporate or startup environment
  • Experience processing payroll and supporting employee benefits administration
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems such as Paylocity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
