Part-Time Human Services Faculty

Job Summary

To support an engaging learning environment, the part-time Human Services Faculty will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses remotely, communicate with students, and provide feedback while managing course content and academic integrity concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including hosting live lectures and engaging with students through discussion boards
• Conduct weekly outreach to students needing assistance and respond to inquiries within 48 hours
• Serve as a subject matter expert, reviewing course content for rigor and maintaining curriculum standards

Required qualifications

• Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or closely related field from an accredited institution
• Have a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or closely related field
• Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred
• Provide own equipment, including a computer, printer, and secure internet access
• Ability to attend to students during evenings and weekends as required
