Part-Time IGA Engineer

Job Summary

To support identity governance initiatives, the part-time Consulting IGA Engineer (Entra ID Governance) will perform configuration, testing, validation, and documentation of identity lifecycle workflows in a fully remote contract role, approximately 20 hours per week from November 1 to January 15.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform discovery of existing identity sources and document findings for the architect
• Configure identity lifecycle workflows and entitlement management structures, including access packages and approval policies
• Run test cycles and validate provisioning behavior while producing as-built documentation for operational handoff

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing IGA solutions in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID Governance and identity lifecycle workflows
• Detailed knowledge of joiner, mover, and leaver event patterns for automated workflow configuration
• Experience configuring Conditional Access policies and access reviews in an enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of on-premises Active Directory and modern authentication models
