Part Time In-Home Physician

Job Summary

Engaging with patients in their homes, the part-time In-Home Physician will conduct health evaluations, review medical histories, and perform physical assessments while utilizing an intuitive clinical workflow, all within a flexible, remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication reviews and physical assessments
• Establish trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes and connect them to appropriate care
• Perform virtual visits and provide diagnostic and preventive services as needed

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area(s)
• Preferred multi-state licenses
• MD or DO degree
