Part-Time Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Logistics Coordinator to support afternoon operations in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track domestic freight shipments from pickup to delivery
• Monitor active loads and provide real-time updates on shipment status
• Manage and verify documentation such as BOLs, PODs, manifests, and invoices

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with key logistics terms and documents: BOL, POD, manifest, ETA, lumper fee, etc
• Experience working with TMS systems or similar platforms preferred
• Basic Excel skills (data entry, sorting, copying/pasting)
• Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
