Key Responsibilities
  • Master program offerings and build relationships with vendor partners
  • Deliver exceptional service to members to drive program success
  • Work flexible part-time shifts with a focus on member engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or customer service
  • Comfort with high outbound call volumes
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexible availability for 4-hour shifts between 8 AM and 5 PM EST
