Job Summary

To support a busy internal team, the part-time Office Assistant will provide general administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and task tracking in a fully remote, 90-day temporary assignment working 20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support to the internal team, including scheduling meetings and calls
  • Update notes, records, and information in internal systems while assisting with task tracking and follow-ups
  • Communicate with internal teams and outside vendors to gather or update information and maintain organized documentation
Required qualifications
  • Prior administrative, office, or operations support experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Dependable and organized, with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
