Part-Time Partner Success Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Associate, Partner Success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily virtual support to school district partners using programs and services
• Serve as the first line of troubleshooting for partner inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing systems
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation activities for new partners in collaboration with the Implementation Team

Required Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Salesforce and presentation platforms is a plus
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to a decentralized staffing structure
• Demonstrated understanding of how the role fits into the organization and its mission
