Part-Time PLADES Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time PLADES System Support Specialist to provide essential support for PLADES systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with end-users to identify system needs and requirements
• Maintain existing systems functionality and address INTELAGEN specific issues
• Provide general user support for all INTELAGEN and Visio issues

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of PLADES systems, specifically with INTELAGEN
• Familiarity with internal systems and processes
• Experience in project setup and general data management
• Understanding of electrical system setup, including wiring and schematic design
• CAD experience (Visio) is valued but not required
