Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Advisor to provide expertise in Military Construction and Facility Sustainment for U.S. Navy Strategic Systems Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise on Military Construction (MILCON) and Facility Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) contracts
Advise clients on contract planning, writing, and execution
Support the development of requirements and administration of contracts pre and post award

Required Qualifications

Active SECRET Clearance
Master's Degree in Government Contract Management and Administration
15+ years of contracts experience with OPNAV, CNIC, and/or NAVFAC
Senior Leadership experience at NAVFAC
