Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Director - New Initiatives (Part Time) to create and lead a consistent, excellent experience for coordinators and clients in various modes of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fully integrated programs, ensuring quality and timely training for new teams/coordinators
- Provide ongoing resources, support, and training to maximize impact
- Maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring program excellence and service recovery when problems arise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in leadership development, project management, and client account management preferred
- Ability to hire and lead teams, champion program excellence, and ensure client satisfaction
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Ability to work remotely and serve programs in various time zones
