Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Project Manager (1099 Contractor).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full RFP lifecycle from intake to post-submission follow-up
• Create timelines and assign responsibilities to ensure deadlines are met
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary documentation and responses

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably with RFPs or proposals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with SaaS or compliance-heavy industries is a plus
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management platforms
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor
