Part-Time Project Manager

Job Summary

To oversee complex projects in the professional, scientific, and technical services sector, the part-time Project Manager will manage Veeva Vault Modules, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while facilitating communication among stakeholders in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, resource coordination, and risk management to align outcomes with organizational goals
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
• Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for enhanced efficiency and quality

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management or coordination experience in regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments
• Experience tracking documentation deliverables, milestones, and risks across multiple workstreams
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and project tracking tools for remote collaboration
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-through skills
• Availability to support part-time engagement during 8:00 AM-5:00 PM PDT business hours
