Part-Time Psychology Faculty

Job Summary

To support an engaging learning environment, the part-time Psychology Faculty will teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses remotely, communicate with students to foster engagement, and provide timely feedback through the Blackboard Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and facilitate undergraduate and/or graduate courses, including hosting live lectures and managing discussion boards
• Conduct weekly outreach to students and respond to inquiries within 48 hours
• Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting with curriculum maintenance and addressing academic integrity concerns

Required qualifications

• Possess a terminal degree or master's degree in the teaching discipline or closely related field from an accredited institution
• Have a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in the teaching discipline or closely related field
• Experience teaching at the college/university level is preferred
• Ability to provide own equipment, including a computer and secure internet access
• Knowledge of academic processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
