Part-Time Real Estate Attorney

Job Summary

Supporting the Global Drug Development team, the part-time Real Estate / Supply Chain Attorney will provide legal expertise in supply chain and real estate transactions, working remotely for approximately 10 hours per week through September 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Provide legal support for supply chain transactions, including warehousing and transportation logistics
• Assist with real estate transactions relevant to the pharmaceutical industry
• Collaborate with the Global Drug Development team to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Experience in supply chain transactions and/or real estate transactions
• Active bar membership in a relevant jurisdiction
• Prior experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients is preferred
• Availability to start immediately and commit to the part-time schedule through September 2026
