Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across the company
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments, focusing on technical and SaaS candidates

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS technology company
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate sourcing techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring pipelines
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software/tools
• Experience in coordinating interview scheduling and communication with candidates
